Danielle joined AMS in 2007 performing the responsibilities and accountabilities of people she now manages. As Project Manager, Danielle’s role is to understand each client’s uniqueness, develop strategic plans and apply the talents of Annan for a successful business venture. Ever striving for self improvement, additional training has been done with Net Promoter Score and Quality Customer Service Index (CSI). Danielle leads a team of talented employees who work toward the goal of completing client need fulfillment; applying a relational and consultant approach, and knowing the importance of a customer. Her team is truly an advocate of the customer. She’s always striving for ways to optimize everyone’s productivity and welfare. In her spare time, she reads and she listens to music while spending time with her two beautiful children.
