Since 1991, Rod has guided AMS through critical stages of growth and expanded capabilities, spanning a wide range of marketing disciplines, continually future-proofing the company for success in a dynamic and rapidly-hanging industry. He embodies the company's primary objective to be the leading strategic partner for the world’s most forward-thinking brands.
In 2007, Rod focused on spearheading AMS’s global expansion and diversification. Currently, AMS serves some of the world's most recognized and respected brands, including John Deere, and Manitowoc. Rod is a member of several Industry associations, always seeking to understand the dynamics of business and essentials to thrive. Many new ideas and business practices are implemented by studying the industry and applying to AMS. He graduated from Iowa State University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, and emphasis on Marketing. At Iowa State, he led a Marketing Study increasing sales significantly, for a not-for-profit company. Increasing a client’s sales and profits has always been a major focus for the business. He relishes spending time with his wife, Colleen, and their eight grandchildren. The family especially enjoys volunteering and together sharing in the community.
