Outside Sales Manager
Steve started in the agricultural business in 1978 with Massey Ferguson in Montreal. He eventually moved to the U.S. and joined Annan Marketing in 1991. Steve began as a Sales Consultant, calling Ford New Holland dealers across Canada (including Quebec) and South Eastern U.S. He assisted those dealers in parts sales and marketing strategies to help increase parts business for both the dealer and the OEM. His fluent French speaking capabilities have provided focus on various projects in Quebec. Steve was promoted to Sales Manager responsible for the Case New Holland (CNH) account, leading ten consultants calling all CNH dealers throughout North America. Lessons learned from making calls was implemented in guidance of the dynamic sales and marketing team increasing parts sales for CNH. Steve was responsible for developing call plans to dealers and writing summary reports. He’s been involved in numerous projects within AMS throughout the years and is currently responsible for the Tisco account. The emphasis has remained the same, working with a client to fulfill their needs and communicate a message to their dealers, providing the client important information for future business decisions.
